Gute zentrale Lage, geräumig, mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Insgesamt gutet Aufenthalt
Sehr alte Infrastruktur generell. Die Fenster waren uralt und ich konnte sie schlecht schliessen. Auch die Küchenschränke wären sehr alt. Es war nicht alles sauber, z.B. hatte es vereinzelt Flecken auf den Bettlaken und die Küche (Geschirr, Schränke) waren nicht ganz sauber. Im Bad fehlt ein Abfalleimer. Es hatte keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator

La hospitalidad de los dueños, la limpieza y la ubicación. Las camas son cómodas, la ducha funciona muy bien. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses y de trenes, también con el resto de puntos de interés, fuimos andando a todos lados, está bien ubicado. Los dueños muy amables y pendientes, nos dejaron adaptarnos al horario de entrada y de salida. También nos proporcionaron mapas e informacion de interes, también una sidra. Lo recomiendo para unos días en Gijón.
El sofá cama lo cambiaría por otro un poco más cómodo.

Muy limpio y el anfitrión encantador. Nos respondió siempre muy rápidamente y el detalle de la sidra se agradece.
