Que no tenía aire acondicionado, ventilador ni tele en las habitaciones.

Cómo punto de mejora yo pondría alguna sábana más, cómo repuesto ante cualquier imprevisto.

La ubicación, el detalle del desayuno y la amplitud. Las camas cómodas y buena limpieza

Un poco justo de menaje y el ambiente sobretodo a la tarde resultaba un poco frío, por temperatura y por decoración un poco gris y escasa. A la mañana se veía más luminoso y cálido.

I liked the location. It was a great value for the money. The kitchen had the basics for simple meals. Wifi worked great

It ended up being very hot in Gijon. You can't open the windows in the front of the apartment as they are on the street and a bit noisy for light sleepers. The windows on the interior open up into a corridor that the neighbors use for smoking out of. So, they let a lot of stink in. Check in was confusing. When you get off the elevator the apartment is to your left at the end of the hall. The instructions say that the apartment is on the right side, that's only true if your taking the stairs up but why would you, it's 10 floors up. The hall is labeled but it still can be confusing. I tried reaching out to the host several times and he never got back to me in a timely manner. The radiators need dusting and the dishes need to be washed better.
