Que el piso y las ventanas estuvieran insonorizadas. Al ser una zona tan céntrica y concurrida, se agradece poder alternar entre vida diaria/nocturna y descanso en condiciones.

La falta de espacio para comer en caso de cocinar en el apartamento. La estancia puede alojar hasta 6 personas, y cuenta con cocina americana, pero la barra donde se come solo tiene 2-3 bancos y caben 3-4 platos.

We arrived for a special tourist purpose, the goal was to see the total solar eclipse. We spent 2 nights in the city. The location of the apartment is excellent, in the heart of the city center, close to the ocean, restaurants and bars within walking distance! We really liked this, but those looking for peace and quiet may want to book accommodation in the outer part of the city. Large apartment, 5 of us comfortably fit in. There are 2 bathrooms, which was important to us. All the equipment we wanted to use (dryer, iron, etc.) was available. The host is extremely flexible and helpful. Although we did not meet in person, all our questions were answered immediately and he asked every day if we needed anything. One difficulty we had was that it is very difficult to park in the city center in Gijon, it is worth booking in advance in the underground garages.
