The location is very good, next to Begona park and other central areas in Gijon. It was nice and warm and the kitchen had lots of space. We were a group of people who came for a judo competition so we needed the space for food and meals and it was really good.

La ubicación es buenísima, a por en pocos minutos de la playa, casco antiguo, zona de tiendas y bares. La casa está renovada de forma sencilla pero con muy buen gusto. Me encantó que el sofá-cama no fuera el de la Sala de estar y tuviese su espacio aparte.
En la habitación exterior hay mucho ruido de la calle porque las ventanas son antiguas.

Edificio antiguo con olor un poco desagradable en la vivienda. Estancia en octubre sin calefacción. Ventanas antiguas sin insonorizació.

Me gustó mucho la casa, es muy grande y todo estaba muy limpio. Uno de los cuartos de baño está totalmente renovado, el otro a medias. Con uno es suficiente para nosotros. Las almohadas y las camas eran muy cómodas
La ventana de uno de los dormitorios que da a la calle es antigua y se oye mucho el ruido de la calle en esa habitación. El agua caliente tardaba un poco en salir, me agobiaba la sensación de despilfarro y el primer día me terminé duchando con agua fría.
