Glan Conwy House One and Two Bedroom Apartments

Great location, close to everything you could need, comfy beds, really spacious bedrooms and lounge, well equipped, clean and fresh, loved that there was a fan (wished there was more) as it was a heatwave when we stayed.

Only having 1 key available was tricky for 2 adults going out and returning at separate times, because to leave the Key in the key safe downstairs for the second adult to use would have meant having to come down stairs again leaving the upstairs apartment unlocked and accessible from the opposite apartment and upstairs apartments, alternatively we had to rely on mobile signal for the second adult to phone so we could come down (with child) to let them in the locked downstairs door.a second key supplied would solve this problem. Also, the apartment upstairs was very loud and smoking weed until 2am a few nights so it was hard to sleep and the communal hallways smelt, this was obviously an issue with the renter not following rules, not the owner, but did put us off rebooking.

Fantastic location and very comfortable with all the amenities required for a lovely stay. No need for a TV just watch the entertainment of cars going head to head on the hump bridge. 10/10 view!

The property was in a great location with a pretty view, and within proximity of neighbouring scenic spots and trails, but far enough from the touristy busyness. Comfortable beds and clean space, easy check in and check out process. Overall, a good place to stay and good value for money too.

There was no parking at the property, which was not ideal, particularly when we got there in the dark and had to unload the car on a main road. The oven did not work, which was not great.

Great location. Nice size. Ease of access. Amazing views.

Reported a broken bed in the morning and had no response till late in the day telling me it could not be sorted. Needing a little updating
