Fabulous
Loved the property and all its wonderful art. Gorgeous views and so great location, close to loads of sights. Owner is lovely.
Only downside for us was the road outside is so fast. Fine if you’re driving, but felt like we could walk anywhere directly from the property. Loads of lovely walks if you drive first though.

Amazing place!!
The apartment was lovely, the owners were so welcoming and told us of some fab places to go, where to eat! Both our children enjoyed it too! Which is great as normally its hard to please both with one being 6 and the other 13! We all wished had booked longer! We will go again as there is so much more to do there!
The weather! 😂 was a bit wet, hoped for better weather with it being end of may!

A pleasant stay
Spacious apartment and grounds, beautiful garden views, quiet area, easy parking, river walk, close to Betws-y-Coed by car, access to washing machine. Highly responsive host who provided helpful information.
Had to empty rotting food out of the fridge and clean it before we could use it. No basics in the kitchen - salt and pepper were empty, coffee was 5 years out of date. Single bed by window rolls around every time you move. Plates and bowls were heavily scratched and looked unclean, need replacing.

It was lovely to come back and experience it again
This was our second time staying at the property and every time we enjoyed it. It’s very authentic and original place to stay. We are a family of 5 with 2 grown up children and one 9 year old, and didn’t feel crammed at all. Sleeping arrangements are all in one big room, but you could easily fit another 5 people in there, as it’s massive. Property has access to the river, so when it’s warmer, it’s lovely to go for a swim there.

Only minor gripes were, damp smell in bedroom, very lumpy pillows and upstairs neighbour seemed to walk the dog at 5am every morning waking us up! Everything else was amazing.

Lovely flat in a gorgeous location
This is a really interesting place to stay, with two beautifully decorated high-ceiling rooms. The hosts have thought about their guests, and left games to use on the lawns outside, and a large DVD library for when the weather is poor. Comprehensive kitchen facilities too. Wifi was good.
