A true Festive retreat!

As per listing, beautiful views and spacious accommodation. Comfortable bed and peaceful setting. Decorated for Christmas.

A few maintenance issues - garden gate coming off hinge, bathroom door lock broken.

The location was fantastic and the fireplace made the whole cottage feel so cosy. The rooms were well equipt we had a fantastic stay!

Nice cottage in the hills.

To far from village steep hills and difficult to drive. I'm 80 so I guess would suit younger people better. Also tv was only Freeview but again at my age I did expect possibly Sky TV, at least, but I'm sure younger people would be out and about walking etc

Hidden Gem 💎 attentive host and high end cottage.

Location was amazing. Kitchen had everything you could need and American style fridge freezer was welcomed as supermarkets approx 25 mins drive away.

Personal preference for a firmer mattress. Stabler and faster WiFi for rainy days or streaming on TV plus EV charging on-site would have been cherry on top.

Great location and views, a cosy and spacious, beautifully decorated cottage!

The only thing I would change would be having more outdoor space directly from the cottage for the dog to be let out, and somewhere for the kids to play outside. Also we did struggle with the bad wifi on the rainy days/no app streaming on the TV.

What a gorgeous, comfortable cottage in one of the most beautiful locations I've ever seen. Fantastic views of Snowdon in the background. Eirian gave us a very warm welcome and we can't wait to go again 😀

Excellent cottage, beautiful decorated, lots of character. Owner came to greet us, nice gesture on arrival, explain how to use fire etc. Location perfect, 20 minutes from Snowden, quaint little village close by.

enchanting, wonderful surprise! very comfortable and quiet location. close neighbors but didn’t even notice them. the tub was heaven! already recommended to a friend.

a little further from the town than maybe I would’ve preferred but it really wasn’t a problem. about a 8 min drive.

Said dog friendly but I felt it wasn’t very dog friendly as the rules were pretty strict and our dog is a small clean quiet pet that wouldn’t cause any disruption or damage.

Excellent… perfect… brilliant. Fabulous holiday in this most beautiful cottage.. so well equipped and maintained. Amazing five star accommodation. Every room beautiful and such helpful host( Eirian). Views outside were spectacular and we had the best break ever away from noise..

Super stay!

Absolutely stunning cottage, a proper home from home. Extremely well furnished, very clean and really good quality finishings. Location was great, so close to Betws-y-coed and an excellent base to explore the area. Very pet friendly, we were allowed to use a secure field on the premises to exercise our dog (which also has the benefit of fab views from the top of the hill). Eirian is a really friendly and accommodating host. Loved our stay!

Amazing place Super facilties and Great amenities. Everything was provided, felt like home. Host is super amazing and available. The house is very carefully decorated and extremely well maintained,, infact exceptional. All the facilities are in working condition and luxury feeling through out. We were family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks erian who is super host.

Beautiful and relaxing

Went for a few days away to chill and got so much more! The cottage was beautifully presented, cosy, immaculate, relaxing, well equipped (the bath is amazing!!!) and ideally located. We enjoyed it so much that we were fortunate to be able to turn our few days away into a week break! Eirian is lovely and even though we were in the grounds of her house we did not feel like we were intruding at all, quite the opposite. Would not hesitate in recommending Siabod and we are already thinking about when we can go back 😀

not something I didn’t like but a suggestion: betws y coed has 3 ev charging options and while we were staying there 2 of those were out of action. I wonder whether installing an ev charger at the property and advertising it would help draw ev users?
