Fab, comfy, warm and lovely house , great jacuzzi and lots to do in the area.
I loved the fact that the house is extremely cozy , clean, warm, and comfortable. The host gave us a very warm welcome. The jacuzzi was perfectly clean and warm with beautiful scenery to look at and a lovely garden to watch some birds. Fab WiFi. Rooms were big with comfy beds. Plenty of storage space. Towels provided. Bathroom and en-suite were clean and fresh. Kitchen was kitted out with everything you need. Lounge was lovely. Tv in the cabinet. Lovely light rooms. I loved the fact it’s not modern decor and it felt like home from home. It had everything we could possibly want for a lovely holiday. I’m looking forward to returning as loved it that much.
It was perfect for us but a smart tv would have been a bonus .

A very reasonable stay in the heart of north wales. I would highly recommend.
A Great property size and location, rooms were all clean and a great size, the 2 bathrooms came in handy for our party of 7 and 2 dogs. The hot tub was a great addition and the views from the back garden were stunning. A very cosy stay.
Some of the utensils in the kitchen were worn and old and could do with being up dated. The heating was intermittent at times.

Fantastic property located at an excellent place with a friendly host - definitely recommend!
Excellent property present at a wonderful location. Sheep farm behind the house makes it a lot nicer! The town centre and the local landmark Pont Fawr is just 15 minutes walk away - fantastic location for a walk or a run. The house was well furnished, with fans in each of the rooms. Had a wide collection of books and discs (DVDs - TV shows/Movies and music CDs). Has a nice apple tree behind in the garden. Friendly host, who is happy to chat! Make sure to carry lots of coins, including change - nearest Laundromat is 5 minute drive away at RWST cottages, which uses only coins. Coins would also be needed for parking in a few places where there is no internet - of course, this is not about the property per se, but, just additional info about going around.
There is so much positive about the property - only slight downside I can think of is the WiFi speed - this is however offset by excellent mobile data coverage . Anyways, one can't expect to have high-speed internet everywhere. Another point to note is that, not just in the property, but, across Wales, waste segregation seems to be stringently enforced - make sure to minimize the black bin waste as much as possible.
