Eagles View

Len was lovely and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the garden was lovely to have breakfast in. Very well equipped kitchen too.

The only thing (and it is very small) was that the lock on the patio doors of the living room looked broken. We didn't want to touch it or try the doors in case we made it worse, but it would have been nice to open up the patio doors as it was so hot. In usual weather I can't see this being a problem though.

Len was a very friendly host, really helpful and informative, he took the time to show us around and told us about good local cafés and also how to work the hot tub which was fantastic. Lovely views from the back garden up to the Gwydir forest, there's a nice picnic table in the garden with a gas BBQ to use also, overall we had a fantastic stay at Eagles View, the beds were comfortable, plenty of space , good kitchen facilities and llanrwst village right next door and Betws-y-Coed a short drive or train stop away.

Nothing to dislike.

A nice house on a neat residential street close to town. All facilities, good showers and kitchen. The garden too was good with a green and peaceful outlook.

The house was quite shabby and it wasn't very clean
