The location at Zeleni venac is great for easy access to the center. Room was clean and accommodating. Owner advertises various locations under same brand, but for sure Zeleni venac location cannot be considered 4 star according to the accepted standards of such rating (maybe waterfront location).
Location at Zeleni venac is part of the building that is shared with other users. Some parts of the building give bad first impression. The accommodation part looks maintained, but the floor shows issues (such as feeling empty space under some parts). Despite our arrival was announced in advance and we came within designated time period, nobody waited for us. The entrance was organized via call and code, no invoice was issued. Payment in cash, and there was even suggestion to just leave money in the room. Shows on one hand lots of trust, on the other hand also bad practice. Parking is advertised but it is public parking in the garage behind.

The suite is in a great location for a short city break, close to everything with a nice city view. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy, with access code. The property is perfectly safe. The suite was clean and the beds comfortable. The owner is a very nice and welcoming lady. We paid in cash as specified at the time of the booking, which was fine with us.
We reserved a parking spot with the property in a courtyard. Upon arrival we were instructed to go to the nearby public garage due to street constructions preveting access to the courtyard. This was not their fault, but it would have been nice to be informed beforehand.

Very close to city centar, 10 min walking.
The name says Exclusive suits but I didn't had that impression, but opposite. hope they plan to upgrade so the name will be used fairly. In my room there was no whole body mirror and no wardrobe although all that was on pictures of my room I have chosen. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, no place to put ones clothes or coat, view was on back side of the buildings and other people's windows.
It wasn't overly expencive to stay there so I give this fair rating
