The building itself was in terrible condition, location is the best thing. For some reason Booking.com reviews were looking good which is very deceiving, look for google maps review they are more reliable.

Not the best one to go but ok for very short staying if the price is low

Very close to city centar, 10 min walking.

The name says Exclusive suits but I didn't had that impression, but opposite. hope they plan to upgrade so the name will be used fairly. In my room there was no whole body mirror and no wardrobe although all that was on pictures of my room I have chosen. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, no place to put ones clothes or coat, view was on back side of the buildings and other people's windows. It wasn't overly expencive to stay there so I give this fair rating

Clean room at a perfect location with staff that was really helpful

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room was as close to the centre as it gets. Both the bedroom and the bathroom was realy clean. Room was minimal but for that price you cannot ask for much. Would definitely recommend it and will probably stay there again if we ever visit Belgrade again.

Clean, helpful and good location.

Very clean, the host is very nice and accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t get the ac to start and she came and helped right away. We were pleasantly surprised with this little gem, we liked it more than we thought we would and we wish we had stayed longer.

A relaxing and pleasant stay!

The location is more than perfect. The studio itself was nice, clean and very quiet, and it had everything you need. The parking spot was also a great addition to the stay and it’s not too far away from the hotel. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Just a few more furniture pieces are missing and can be added - e.g. another bedside table and a holder for the soap in the shower cabin. And to fix the sink to the wall in a bit more stable way so it doesn’t fall off at some point.

Nice facilities but they only accept cash payment

The WiFi was fantastic! The bed was great. The air conditioning was terrific!

They don’t accept credit cards and i never saw this on booking when I made the reservation. I begged them to accept my credit card as i was low on cash, and they said they had no way to accept credit card payment. Yet, they require a credit card guarantee, which they will charge if you don’t show up! So that’s an inconsistency!!

Not what I expected

The location

If you want parking you receive one far away with extra pay , rooms have smoke smell, you don’t have kitchen…it’s just a office with a small bathroom…

Not child-friendly. Tiny rooms. Paying for location only.

- pleasant host, fast reaction for breakage (although the plumber who came didn't fix the problem) - location, very central - pressure in the shower is great!

-(!) safety hazard: the step in the room is NOT MARKED in any way! I tripped and fell TWICE in the night. NOT SAFE! - strong draft from the window, very cold in the room. AC must be on at all times, which makes the air extremely dry, hard to breathe. - no view from the windows at all - that was not mentioned in the description - photos not true to size, much less room than it seems - no parking for rented vehicles, not mentioned anywhere in the description - very small lift not suitable for baby pram - the entrance is not pram-friendly either, has a lot of steps before you get to the lift, so we had to carry the pram in our hands every time. Extremely inconvenient! Overall not good value for money. Will not stay here again. Basically paying for the location only.

Even better than described. A great value for money and hospitality that exceeded our expectations.

Amazing room, amazing host, amazing location and service. We needed a quick stay because of an early morning flight and this place did not disappoint. The owner waited for us in front of the building, helped with the bags, showed us to our rooms, which are located in the back of the 3rd floor in a separate, secure space. The most important thing was the peace and quiet we got. Not a single sound from the street and we were able to rest. The room is impeccably clean. We needed a transfer to the airport, and noticed from the reviews that the owner offers transfers - to the dot, the driver was there, picked us up and we were in time for our flight. Perfect experience.

Wish we could've stayed longer.

Good hotel for a decent price

The Man picking us up was very polite, giving us tips about the city, that we should avoid not tracked taxi's, where to eat. He also left us his phone number in case of any need. Transfer from and to the airport was ok. The room was very clean, it had anything you needed, good location. Luckily our room was not facing loud street next to the building

It was a bit loud in the morning, the sound of people cleaning were noisy and some visitors. Would be great if curtains were blacking out, it was really bright in the morning and it is a problem for me.

Fine stay in a fine place

The location is very central, easy access to the Main Street and restaurants, as well as to the public paid parking. It was a spacious and new appartment, well renovated. The receptionist him gave us a kettle and cups when we asked.

The sofa-bed for 3rd person was not prepared upon arrival, we needed to put up bed linen ourselves. No fridge in the room. No hangers in the bathroom which is super small and both doors (entrance and shower open towards inside the bathroom). Paying in cash upon arrival was weird and unusual, we would have preferred card payment since arriving from Euro -zone and changing currency was a haste. No proper shutters on windows, so the room gets a lot of light during the night and also noise from the street. Can’t sleep without earplugs and eye mask 😁

The location was fantastic, the staff made our stay very comfortable, the hotel was spotless. Belgrade was an amazing city and I am sure I will return to BG Suites again one day!
