Excellent location, great communication, worth the money - you get what you pay for.
Water damage on floor, constant level changes and steps on property, broken door handle, bathroom was fairly small and you cannot fully swing the door as it will hit the sink.

Bathroom was tight.

Great location to the city and to the bus station across the street. Decent for a quick one-night stay.
Have to walk up four flights of stairs. Different hotels on different floor. Elevator not working. Kinda hard to find. Room had no additional features and the window looked onto a utility corridor full of pigeons and with no light.
