NEAR TO EVERYTHING

The staff very polite and friendly, near to everything, to a 200 meters the bus stop to the airport, the rooms are very small but cozy, nice place.

Great locationin central Belgrade and quiet at night, excellent value

The staff was very professional and contacted me a few days prior to my arrival with clear and detailed instructions on checking in to my room without need for front desk staff. Location was extremely central to all major attractions and transport in Belgrade. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well, while windows closed allowed for a quiet sleep.

It would have been nice to have an elevator instead of a steep staircase ( I was the day after a taxing mountain hike and my knees were soar), but the property is in an older classic apartment building so I understand that this is a luxury not possible for the setting.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, good price. The rooms are nicely furnishes. having a kettle is big plus. Great correspondence with the owners.

Spiral staircase is difficult to use for people with limited mobility and she you have suitcases. It was nice to stay on the first floor because of this.

Very good!

Perfect location,in the heart of Belgrade,close to Knez Mihajlova street,vintage hotels Moskva and Balkan,with perfect street view. Very helpful and polite staff at reception(Mrs Susanna). The building is old but stylish reminiscing old elegant Belgrade culture. A very good bakery around the corner and a bus stop at Zeleni Venac from where you can take a bus to take you literally everywhere in Belgrade. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Near Main Street

The location is only a few minutes walk from the main shopping street , with loads of good restaurants nearby The room size was ok for a single traveler, room Wasn’t cleaned ( but I knew that before I arrived) Only saw one member of staff and think her name was Suzanne, who was extremely friendly, asked for fresh towels and when I came back had fresh towels in my room Getting in to my room was very easy , details and codes were sent before I arrived Wi/fi was good If I ever came back to Belgrade would stay here again

I had a room with window facing the road , so traffic was a bit loud ( but still managed to sleep ) No safe in room , but building is very secure

the location is fantastic the view outside in the window is really great receptionists are really helpful whenever we need something

there are things that we expected but not available - in booking, it says it has breakfast. none in actual - hot water was sometimes not available - no slippers available - WIFI in our booked room is out of range - no room cleaning service at least once a day

Bad, disgrace!

I did not have the breakfast! I liked the location that is all!

Maja the host was very unpleasant! From the day one. On my arrival day I showed her the price on my telephone. She converted the euro into dinars at an unfavorable exchange rate. She did not vacum clean the floors every day. On my check out day I said I am going to check out 11.30 which is check out time, She made a Facial expression like "oh my God". Then I asked if I can leave my luggage for a while. She said "yes but I take no responsibility for it"! She was mad at me because I stayed untill 11.30 and she probably wanted to finish her cleaning earlier! Many accomodations let you even stay one hour extra (late check out.) I wander if she heard for "late check out" or hospitality?

Terribly smelly bathroom. No ventilation or not working. Excellent hosts and location.

Location is excellent and ladies who are contact persons and cleaning the room have been VERY helpful, kind and pleasant. They were doing their best to make our stay good but could not do much about the shortcomings of the facility/room itself.

Either ventilation in the bathroom was not working or it is non existent (in the junior suit on the third floor). In any case a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom and was spreading in the room. We were keeping the window open but it took 2 days (half of our stay) for this horrible smell to come to a tolerable/acceptable level. Water pressure in the bathroom was not good, I could not wash my hair and it was very hard to adjust the water temperature as it was either too hot or cold. Also, there was no elevator. This made our overall experience with this hotel VERY BAD in spite of the excellent location and supportive and friendly hosts.

The hotel is outdated, all the doors were broken. The room was small and was not overlooking the park like it was described. The staff was quite unpleasant.
