Modernised apartment in a great location, perfect for a couple

It was a great size for a couple, not too small and not too big. It had everything we needed, was well located and had car parking right infront for our rental car.

Cute room but very bright

Cute room with good facilities (was nice to have a home cooked meal again). TV with Netflix was a nice treat!

Room stays very bright all night and was rather noisy from both outside and upstairs neighbours.

L'emplacement proche de la ville et du tramway, la décoration cosy et moderne, la luminosité, le chauffage est bien dosé, la pression de l'eau est bonne. La vue sur les quais top top!!!

Pas de coin rangement ou ceintre pour les affaires, pas de fer à repasser, présence de beaucoup de toiles d'araignée, prise murale sortie de mur ce qui peut être dangereux, mobilier tiroir cuisine défectueux hélas...kit de bienvenu simplet, Odeur légère de cigarettes, si vous êtes sensibles, attention on entend les bruits extérieurs ( voiture, passants, cloches, passage dans les escaliers, etc...).

Idéalement situé, petit studio décoré avec goût, très joli et confortable avec tout le nécessaire. J'y serai bien restée plus longtemps. Entrée facile, autonome et parfaitement expliquée avec un petit guide.

Emplacement top, matelas excellent et appartement cosy belle déco, propriétaire à l’écoute

La box tv n’a jamais fonctionné d’abord pas de réseau, mais apparemment résolu grâce au propriétaire mais le code n’a jamais fonctionné et tout essayé pourtant mais le reste du logement est top,beaucoup trop de travaux au Mans pour le moment
