Le lieu, l'accessibilité et la proximité du centre tout en étant dans le quartier historique qui permet de belles balades le soir. L'accueil, la mise à disposition de beaucoup d'équipements et l'aménagement sont bien pensés.
Le bruit de voitures ce lundi matin de Pentecôte vers 5h. Comme pas de climatisation lors de notre séjour, nous avons ouvert les fenêtres pour dormir. Sinon, c'est très bien isolé. Mais c'est très calme le reste du temps !

Le studio est bien agencé et agréable. Il est tout proche du magnifique quartier historique. Le lit escamotable permet de gagner de la place en journée.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Vieux Mans : au pied de la cathédrale Saint Vincent et de la cité Plantagenet. La propreté du logement
Stationnement difficile.... Nous conseillons le parking quai Louis Blanc (gratuit et à 200 mètres du logement)
