It was nice, cosy, clean and easy to find help, if o had questions or something’s missing. And as a base for my walks through the city it was a perfect central starting point. When i come back to Sevilla it will be my the first place for a stay.

We booked the room for the location, which is very central so you can walk to most of the things you want to visit and it didn't disappoint. The room is ok, clean, not too small, not very big, but for a few nights it works. We arrived by car, there is a car parking right next to the accommodation, that is a bit expensive, but is right in the city center so it is what it is.
I can't think of anything. You get what you pay for.

Small but cozy room in a very nice central location. Easy and quick self-check-in. Daily cleaning. The a/c was working very good, Very clean.
For someone the stairs might be an issue. It can be a bit noisy from the other rooms.

Initially friendly and helpful staff.
I booked for two nights with the confidence of having a functional air conditioner. It did not function properly —not even as a good fan. The proprietor and his son both argued that because it was a “pension “ the air conditioning is different. Pure bs. It was very hot and I did not sleep a wink. I left the next morning forfeiting my prepaid second night.
