Location was great. It is 1-2 min walking distance to Cathedral and Alcazar. Simple but clean. Staff were very friendly. I had a food poisoning during my stay ( not from the hotel), staff made everything to help me, clean the room twice, call the ambulance..etc Thanks to great staff!!

Excellent location! Right in the heart of the city with easy access to everywhere you want to walk in downtown Seville. Staff on site to assist. Good AC to take a siesta during the warm afternoons!
Great location does come with smaller quarters; but the room was well appointed and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great for accessing the most attractive parts of Old Town Seville.
The hotel room was extremely small for the money paid (almost €300 per night!). The safe also did not work for our entire stay and there was no maintenance to fix it, or other rooms to stay in, so we had to have it manually locked and unlocked twice a day just to keep out things safe and retrieve them - not ideal! The phone in our room also did it work and the bed was not the comfiest, although this is a minor point.
