Hotel Alcántara

The room is nice and spacious, the bathroom is very big and has all nice accessories. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Although the room is right next to the inner patio where guests take the breakfast and window overlooks it, I wasn't disturbed by any noise or loud conversations in the morning so that was really nice.

Since the room is on the ground floor and right next to the reception, my siesta was disturbed by very loud discussions of the staff at the frontdesk. They were excited talking loudly for a good half an hour and I could hear almost everything. Later in the evening, the hotel has flamenco shows (they had 3 sessions the night I stayed, each one 1-hour long and the last one starting at 10pm). So if you're back to the hotel early looking for some rest after a long day of exploring the city, you will have to relax by the sound of flamenco next door. I guess that's why they offer a 5-euro discount for hotel guests, but for this room guest, they should better offer it for free:)
