Die Lage war sehr zentral. Alles war schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß. Es gab 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Der Tisch steht so, dass man kann direkt auf das mehr schauen. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer auch.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Man konnte alles selber kochen, aber wenn man nicht wollte in 50 Meter konnte man auf die Promenade rausgehen und super lecker essen gehen.
Der Besitzer hat sehr gute Tipps gegeben, was wir in der Region anschauen können. Er war sehr hilfsreich in jede Frage.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße. Das ist eine sehr Einbahnstraße aber man fährt hinaus auf den Berg. Endsprechend alle geben alle Gas und deswegen ist sehr laut.

Maddy house is new fully refurbished apartment in the very heart of Porto Santo Stefano. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped even with 2 bathrooms, washing machine and iron. The host Davide was very kind and was available anytime to make our stay more comfortable. The location is near to the restaurants, cafes and small market approx. 20m. The parking was possible approx. 300m from apartment. You can find small public beaches 10 mins walk from apartment. We had car, so we tried many nice beaches around (rock/sand). We really enjoyed our stay in Porto Santo Stefano, which is small and very charming town. We travelled as family with 2 kids (5 and 8 years), this destination was not overcrowded during 7/2023 and was calm with nice restaurants and cafes. There were no loud bars, pubs or parties. We had wonderful holiday stay here and we really loved Tuscany.
Just a small recommendation - We would prefer more kitchen utensils - more plates, cups, spoons, forks, etc..
