Everything was excellent! The room was super clean and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful, and the utensils provided were perfect for the stay. The rooftop bar and lounge were also very pleasant and enjoyable.
The only thing I might point out is that the Rituals-branded shampoos in the room appear to be refilled with products from other brands. Additionally, the sound insulation from the exterior could be improved, as we could hear some street noise.
