We spent a delightful week here. The hotel is about 12-15 mins easy walk from the airport bus stop (bus TD4). The staff were welcoming and helpful even with our midnight arrival due to a delayed flight. The room we were in for a week had a very comfortable large double bed. It had a fridge and tea, coffee and water each day (the water in the tap is drinkable but heavily chlorinated). There are 2 lifts and baggage storage. We didnt use the swimming pool as it was rather chilly the week we were there, and we are not gym people so didnt check that out. There is a lounge and bar thats very pleasant but there are hundreds more in the city. Its only 5 mins walk from the main street and the furtherest place on the peninsular is only about 20 mins walk away. (Forget using public transport there isn't any in the city centre). We found it a great base for exploring the city and getting busses to distant parts of the island. There is also a breakfast (only) resturant but as we have complicated dietary requirements didnt use it. If we return to Valetta we will stay here again.

The hotel was situated in a good location. But the rooms are very small. Not enough storage space for a couple or if you are staying more than 2 days. There were mold on the bathroom door. Food was not that good and same every day. But the staff was friendly and helpful. They only have heating during the winter even though the outside temperature is +20. If you switch off the heating there is no other ventilation unless you open the windows and then mosquitos come in. Not at all worth the money that we pay.
