The stay was wonderful and the view from the bedroom was amazing. The amenities were great, and the entire place is well-maintained.
The bed gets very cold in the winter. It would be great to have electric blankets and a second heater for the colder months. Also, there were no cleaning services during the stay; I highly recommend incorporating a cleaning fee into the bill to include this service.

The rooms were clean and we loved the 2 bedroom set-up including the equipment to make our stay easier. Also very close to Rosebank shopping mall.. a 2 minute walk

2. Fairly quiet
3. Comfortable bed.
1. The key pad does not work. Had to leave the key on table. Security would not accept the key even though Security handed us the key when we booked in.
2. No instruction for safe.
3. There were no instructions as to whether the flat was cleaned daily.
4. The shower and bathroom was not cleaned.
5. The cooker hood light was not working.
6. One of the ceiling lights in the entrance area is not working.
7. Disappointed that proper instructions were not provided
