There was a lot of space in the apartment. In winter I enjoyed the heated electric blankets. It was also a quiet apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood.
The apartment lacks heating. There is an intimidating gas fired that you can fire up but I think an AC unit or two would go a long way.

Very central location, spacious and very nice layout with incredible views, and a friendly host
Poorly equipped kitchen, and most items in it were dirty. Generally the apartment felt dirty. There were no drinking glasses, the kettle lid was broken and difficult to use. There was no toaster. Toilet seat was loose. There was laundry hanging on the washline, so we had to move that to use the line ourselves. The host offered to rectify our concerns, but only two days into our stay - so we declined
