collecting keys wasn't good, message to go to another hotel to check in, they knew nothing about it , went to actual hotel, chatted to contact who sent someone with keys, only complaint that should be sorted, the contact was good and responded to queries.
the lady at reception at Vantage was not very polite, the guy was good who assisted .
Remote batteries were dead

Location was good. The apartment was spacious and bright with good amenities. It was secure.
The bed in the min bedroom was not good. The light bulbs in some of the rooms were not replaced even though we mentioned it to the agents TRYWHITT on numerous occasions. Maintenance needs to be better.
