Park Central Residence - Building with Generator

In terms of facilities the air-conditioner was not functioning properly. I could not get hot air and the place was extremely cold which made me uncomfortable.

The view was exceptional! You need a code to move around, so felt very safe in the building. The location was also fantastic and close to everything we needed to get to.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating as my daughter was terribly sick and I really wanted her to lay down as soon as possible, but they would not allow us to check-in even a minute before 15h (Literally!). Everyone stood in the lobby waiting till exactly 15h, which I find irrational. I don't think this is a unit/host matter, but the building rules. So plan that you arrive after 15h to avoid frustration.

Slightly confusing to find.

The security in the building is very tight, no one will be able to access the building without an ID or access codes!!!

The staff were unfriendly, starting from the security to the receptionist desk, access codes provided were not working, then the security made it as if it was my fault, the guy from the reception he acted as if he was doing me favour getting the access codes, even the security guy inside the building, he was very rude!
