It has a very welcoming feel which made it easy to meet other people staying at the accomodation.

Amazing! Definitely stay again

Property is in a really nice quiet central location, right between Canggu and Berewa, the room is massive and really well looked after, super clean and nice and modern, the aircon is so clean and works great, also the wifi is super fast. The best part about it is the family who runs it is super nice and the place is social but you can also have some nice down time to yourself.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect! The room was a great size, the bed and sheets were so comfortable, great location, the property was very clean the free water and outdoor kitchen and fridge were an added bonus I would definitely stay again!

Staff, specifically kadek was amazing. Such a cool guy! Complex wax cool with a swimming pool as an addition in the center. Rooms were spacious and maintained well by staff each day. Location is prime with everythjng being very close

Upon first entering the room, the bathroom had pee stains down the side of the toilet, nothing major but worth noting. Also the toilet paper roll given at first was almost finished. It Would also been good to see some general essentials in the bathroom also like hand soap, body wash, etc. other then that enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Loved our stay in Bali Itan! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for a late check out and they accomodated. The room was super clean and neat. The most comfortable bed we stayed in on the trip. Big, spacious room. Great location, 5 mins walk from all the action and about 15 from the beach. Nice pool area and well maintained. We were going to pay double for a slightly boujier looking place and super glad we didnt! Could not fault a thing about our stay!

It was in the city centre of Changgu but it was not too noisy! Good beds for great sleep. Good value for money.

This is a beautiful accommodation located in the center of Janggu. The building is newly built, so it's very pleasant, and the rooms are spacious, which is great. The staff are friendly and respond quickly when you need something.

The cleaning service could use a bit more consideration. It would be better if they cleaned the room while guests are out, but even when I went out in the morning, they didn't clean, and instead offered to do it in the afternoon when I was resting in the room.

A perfect and super clean comfortable stay

This place is such a good stay - the room was massive, really clean with a comfortable bed, big mirror, desk etc. The design is generally nice with a lovely little pool which is nice to chill out before going out exploring. The staff are really super nice. Gojeks are cheap to jump on to go anywhere but in the evenings it's also close enough to take a little walk into town.

When walking into town one of the first roads is sooo busy, it's quite stressful. But that's Canggu for you. Once you are past that road (only a minute or two) it's fine. Nothing to complain about with the property!

Perfect location

The property is in a fantastic location with stunning surroundings, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.

However, the bathroom unfortunately needs some serious maintenance. The shower handle was broken and kept falling down, so we had to hold it while showering. Both the shower head and the sink pipe were clogged with limestone, and even after informing the staff and requesting a cleaning, they tried but the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the room had a very unpleasant smell that lingered so strongly, it stuck to our clothes even after we returned home. These issues detracted from what could have been a perfect experience. That said, the property itself is beautiful, and the location can’t be beaten. With some attention to maintenance and care, this place could truly shine.

Highly recommend

The accomodation matches the photos. A nice big room, with aircon, fridge and great hot shower. Good facilities. In a quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the main shops/restaurants. It’s extremely clean, they clean the room every day and the facilities. They are very attentive and check in to see if you’re ok and if you need anything. Which I really appreciate as a solo female traveller. I felt very safe and happy here I didn’t want to leave.

Amazing place to stay in Canggu

The property is lovely. Peaceful and beautiful. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Rooms are a great size (beds are huuuuge) and there is also a little kitchen area if you wish to cook. Free drinking water is provided and the staff are so nice and helpful.

Fantastic

The property was our best stay in Bali so far. It is extremely clean with the rooms being cleaned every day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area is stunning and extremely well kept. The property feels very safe with 24 hour security and all of the staff there were very helpful and friendly.

Good for the price with decent cafe and restaurant nearby

Large room and bathroom. Good shower pressure and hot water. We stayed on top level looking over pool. Pool was clean and good temperature. Staff was friendly and room was cleaned nicely each day. They even have a security guard at night time take over at reception so someone is there to help at all times.

A few things could be improved, but even without the following it was still good value for money. They could improve... - the sliding doors sealing when shut. Unfortunately they did not shut completely, meaning the talking of guests, or singing/prayers/music from neighbours woke us up in the morning. - curtains could be thicker as to block more light in the morning. - more pool side chairs The only other thing we didn't like during our stay was that there is construction across from the hotel, so you can hear that around 830am.

Beautiful sanctuary in busy Canggu

A beautiful, quiet and comfortable sanctuary in busy Canggu! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The pool was very clean and always quiet - felt like our own private garden and pool! Only 10 rooms so never feels crowded. Access to a fridge and kitchen if needed. 10-20 mins walk/5 mins scooter ride to all the Canggu highlights.

As the property is relatively new, it can be a little hard to find. It is on GoogleMaps, you just need to go a little further down the track then perhaps you expect. There could be more hangers and shelves in the room for belongings. However, there is a drying rack outside the room for swimming stuff which is great.

The beds are the most comfortable beds we’ve stayed in with a very spacious room in such an incredible location right off the Canggu shortcut and only a 7ish minute walk to Batu Bolong. Very quiet at night as well. The staff are all super friendly and cleaned our rooms each day. Cant fault the place and hope to stay again in the future.

The team is super welcoming, very helpful and friendly. The owner is very nice and professional. They arranged the transfer from the airport, help us to rent a motorbike. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were super clean and spacious and the place looks beatiful. The location of the accommodation is perfect. A very good and economical choice if you're going to Canggu and dont want to be in the middle of all the hecticness.
