You cannot beat the location and the view. We were super close to everything and it was so beautiful! You absolutely cannot beat the location. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very nice!
It takes 75 stairs to get to the apartment. I advise you to pack light and be in good shape. There is no elevator- I guess it’s the price you pay. The ac was also very weak but that’s not the fault of the property. It was unseasonably hot during our stay.

The apartment was spacious, with all you need to enjoy a relaxed and immersed Florence experience. Well situated to walk to many of the art and cultural sights that the city is famous for as well as many amazing restaurants. This apartment may not suit those with mobility issues, due to the number of stairs up to the apartment. For all others, I recommend a stay here.

Good location
Only 1 AC unit in whole apartment. Old and insufficient. 1 fan in living room- used as 2nd bedroom. Couldn’t leave windows open because no mosquito screens. Large wardrobe in bedroom but we couldn’t hang out clothes because it was filled with bulky duvets, extra bedding, pillows…. The entrance and stairway to the building is rundown. No elevator, 75 steps to apartment. In the evening into late hours, the noise from the bar across the street is very loud
