I liked the location, the service, and the room. The bed was comfortable and our room was the perfect size. I enjoyed the piano in the main room as well as the deck outside. The place had an almost eerie vibe but that's what made it fun.
I didn't like that the bar and restaurant weren't open. That made getting drinks and food a bit of a hassle, mostly because most places in the area closed early. We also weren't the biggest fans of the water's smell. It had that sulfurous smell to it that was rather strange.

Very charming place with full of history and the staff has been lovely! Really recommend going to the German restaurant nearby.

The hostess upgraded our room without us even asking. They didn't really care about the check out time, since they weren't expecting more guests to check in.
The Bavarian Manor is located on a spring of Sulphur water, so it smells of Sulphur when you run the tap, flush the toilet, take a shower. The building is very old and desperately needs to be restored. The floor of our room was slanted and not level.
