Location to event venue (Gavin Park)
Quaint peaceful, not noisy. Easy check in. Food vouchers for breakfast a plus. The deli where the vouchers were valid was excellent.

The location was good the bathroom looks as if it was updated recently. The choice of breakfast was pretty good.
The room was small and in need of updating with no place really to sit and watch television and the room temperature was difficult to moderate it was hot in the room so we had to open the window. We were in an end room and we could hear every word of conversation by the occupants in the room behind ours.

The location was good, the guy who was managing the property was excellent and accommodating. Very nice. The room was clean but had a bad smell covered up with orange air freshener.
Smell of cat urine, they tried to update the room but it was not great craftsmanship

"We needed a place close to the track. This was a quick uber ride there. We had a balcony room which was great for our group."
