The price (excellent) location (very good), great breakfast 😋 , pet-friendly and the ambiance of the room.
There wasn't much hot water for my shower (travel companion's was ok), empty shower body wash container and the floor needed cleaning (on the surface, the floor looked great, but walking around my socks and my feet got filthy. Obviously they just swifer the floor as opposed to mopping and cleaning it. Also, the air conditioner is very loud when it autos on and off.

Convenient to racetrack
Forgot to give us coupon for free breakfast Could use a hook on bathroom door for towel or clothes Maybe damp mop as our white socks were no longer white

The location was great!
The rooms were clean, just need some up keep. Not so fresh looking in the bathroom around the shower area.

The location was good, the guy who was managing the property was excellent and accommodating. Very nice. The room was clean but had a bad smell covered up with orange air freshener.
Smell of cat urine, they tried to update the room but it was not great craftsmanship
