Loocation is good, and also friendly/helful people at Alliance 3 bar.

Not what we expected. A sharing room in an apartment with other people. Also sharing shower, toilet, small entrance, smelly garbage outside. No. We checked out 1 hour after we checked in, and found another hotell. Never again.

I wouldn't give it a 10, but I would consider returning.

Baguette, croissant, pastry, tea or coffee. Location is okay. Not a nit-picky ward but okay. The room had plenty of storage. There are laundry facilities, also dishes and a kitchen sink. Staff is nice.

A small table and chair would have been nice, but they wouldn't have fitted into the room

The breakfast and the staff were great! It was made clear on booking that the bathroom was shared but not an issue as I didn’t see anyone during my stay. I’ll come back!

The room is tiny! There is no shower in the room. Bed linen is not white and not fresh. At night there were drunken brawls outside the window

Breakfast was amazing. A/C was very welcome. The staff were very helpful. Found me a space to work in the brasserie.

I hadnt realised it was a shared bathroom. It would have been great if there had been a table I’d could have done a videoconference from. I appreciate there wasn’t much space for one.

Make sure you have unlimited Navigo card. This is like outskirts of Paris.

Seniors or those who are 65 & above must not be allowed here. The staircase is narrow & a little bit steep. If one is suffering from a heart attack, there’s no hope for the hospital. He will surely die before he can be moved out of this place. It’s a good place for those who are 55 y.o. & below. They can move around without difficulty. The neighborhood is okay. There’s a laundromat beside the Air Bnb although a laundry machine is also provided. There’s a bar below/ outside. & one can just people watch whole drinking beer.

The stairs. Narrow & steep. The beddings. They are ones that appear to necer have been laundered. No mirror.

Clean and friendly staff but terrible nights sleep

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Extremely loud. Not even being dramatic by saying I had two of the worst night sleeps I’ve ever had. Other people staying in the hotel were slamming doors till the early hours and making loads of noise. Bed also had cushion pillows instead of actual pillows?

Breakfast was very good and so was the friendliness of the staff. Very hospitable people. Location was great too, in a bustling locality with lot of food options and pretty close to the Metro.

The staff were so welcoming and kind. We were extremely late due to car troubles but the lovely owner, Kamel, stayed up until 3:30am to welcome us. The room was super clean and the location was very convenient, a 4 minute walk to the Lumiere metro station. I would stay there again!!!

Reste un petit hotel sympatique et bien situé

L'accueil du personnel qui était attentif et au petit soin. Le fait que les propriétaires de l'hotel gérait un café à coté (où l'on prend le petit dej) était en plus.

Manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres, les douches communes étaient un peu sales (rappeler les règles de propreté et de partage de lieux aux client.e.s), l'escalier est étroit et raide.

Chambre confortable, personnel adorable, petit dej extra

Bien que assez petite, la chambre est propre, le lit est grand et très confortable, armoire de rangement suffisante. 2 salles de bains avec douche et wc non attenantes à la chambre mais propres et très bien chauffées. La brasserie Alliance 3 des propriétaires située juste en dessous très pratique pour le petit déjeuner et le personnel est vraiment dévoué et aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Leur couscous est délicieusement exquis. Cet établissement est idéalement placé entre Villette et Buttes Chaumont avec métros de proximité

Dans l’ensemble, tout est correct pour un rapport qualité prix tout à fait honorable

Chambre située à l’extérieur du bâtiment et on y accède par une échelle. Dangereux. Salle de bain partagée avec 5 chambres très sale. Humidité très forte. Prix très excessif par rapport a la prestation proposée !

Falta una mica de manteniment als banys, el llit estava molt donat, habitació petita, soroll del carrer, tv funciona intermitentment. La llum de l'habitació es podria millorar.

Ko sva stopili v dvorišče nastanitve so bili veliki koši za smeti na eni strani na drugi strani pa mešane smeti . Do sobe vodijo oske strm stopnice. V nastanitvi so gostie kadili. V sobi so bile brisače zaprane, posteljina ni bila čista. Morali smo si poiskat novo nastanitev.

lokalizacja blisko metra, klimatyzacja sprawnie działa, miła obsługa przy śniadaniu, pan zapamiętał, jaką piję kawę

Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e ai pulman.

La colazione ottima, l'host e il resto.del personale molto gentili. La stanza pulita e anche I bagni. Due bagni condivisi per quattro stanze, non ho mai incontrato nessuno. C'e' anche una zona dove poter mangiare, riscaldare il cibo ed usare il frigo. C'è anche una lavatrice e il ferro da stiro.

La scala esterna per salire nelle stanze è troppo stretta e piccola e la strada interna per arrivare alle stanze non curata.

Wenn man einfach nur eine Möglichkeit zum Schlafen sucht, ist es optimal. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Zur Metro sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Falls es in der Unterkunft ein Problem gibt, wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Und in der Brasserie kann man nach dem langen Tag in Paris noch was trinken und kommt schnell in Kontakt mit wunderbaren Menschen. Ich komme gerne wieder

Endroit bien située avec un propriétaire qui est aux petits soins et très gentil.

La station de métro Laumière, qui est à un coin de rue, est située sur une ligne principale de métro pour visiter Paris. Le propriétaire des lieux est d'une grande gentillesse, tout comme son personnel. L'ambiance au bar est très bonne avec de la bonne bière. Les 4 chambres sont super bien insonorisées entre elles.

Le seul défaut de l'appartement était de ne pas avoir de l'air climatisé dans la cuisine et les 2 chambres de bains communes. Le quartier est vivant, mais beaucoup d'itinérance. Le jour, c'est très très sécuritaire, mais quand la nuit tombe... Si j'étais une femme seule, je ne m'y aventurerais pas la nuit.

Rien car j'ai dû annuler une fois arrivé sur place. J'espère que Booking réussira à réduire au maximum les frais d'annulation car je suis un client Genius2.

Les toilettes et la salle de bains n'étaient pas dans la chambre! La climatisation n'envoyait pas de l'air frais même en baissant la température de réglage!
