Very good

The reason I gave it a 4-star rating was that the day I arrived, the elevator wasn’t working, and I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with my luggage.

Great location on Canal. No ac or fans so be mindful of that when booking in summer. Temps were higher than normal on my trip and even with the windows open it was too hot to be comfortable. I still rated it as excellent because they don’t control the weather but feel it’s important to be aware of.
