Cubo's Beach & Parking Jardines de Don Carlos

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la playa. Urbanización muy bonita, jardines, y varias piscinas. Piso con todas las comodidades, limpio, bonita decoración y muy bien equipado

Plaza de garaje no es fácil aparcar ya que el vecino de al lado no aparca en su plaza y usa zona común del garaje para aparcar su vehículo, esto supone que tengas que maniobrar en la rampa para poder aparcar y sea más incomodo. Deberían saberlo propietarios/ comunidad.

The apartment was beautiful, and the area was also very quiet. We were a short 5 minute walk away from the supermarket and numerous restaurants. Location was ideal.

There was nothing about the stay or the apartment that we didn't like.

The following is constructive criticism to try and make this rental work better Collecting the keys should and could have been better It appeared that the poor chap was run off his feet meeting people all over the place to give them keys Not good that we had to wait in the sun for over two and a half hours. It would have been much better to have had a different entry system. We should have been given the entry code into the complex. The keys should have been in a key safe. Luckily we were two men playing golf that week. Not a young family renting they would have been very upset. I was also charged 300 euro's for any breakages. To date I have not had that reimbursed.
