The following is constructive criticism to try and make this rental work better
Collecting the keys should and could have been better
It appeared that the poor chap was run off his feet meeting people all over the place to give them keys
Not good that we had to wait in the sun for over two and a half hours.
It would have been much better to have had a different entry system.
We should have been given the entry code into the complex.
The keys should have been in a key safe.
Luckily we were two men playing golf that week.
Not a young family renting they would have been very upset.
I was also charged 300 euro's for any breakages.
To date I have not had that reimbursed.
