    Staff make it worse. We are in Hospitality industry for more that 14 years and received the first time this worst experience from the staff. We would have appreciated atleast if we received a Hi, Hello even without a smile. Not even asked why we are there at the time of arrival. Zero curtesy and Zero knowledge about the hospitality from the Lady was there on 5th Sep 2026, just yesterday I mean. Expected atleast from one single staff from reception. I informed my husband that don’t expect anything while booking. But this experience was rude. Really disappointed. Just keep a Human nature and behave.

    Love this hotel so much. Very spacious room. Very good aircond. Very clean bathroom. Very comfortable place to stay. So satisfied. Keep up the great quality.

    karpet kotor, bilik air mcm xcuci, bilik berbau...lift hanya boleh guna 1 je..sy kno tggu turn almost 20minutes..staff okey..

    Perlu perbaiki masalah kebersihan terutama bantal dan tilam berbau, sediakan sekurang-kurangnya satu sejadah dan sepasang tuala mandi saiz besar, internet dan tv perlu diselenggara berkala bagi memudahkan akses
