    The location is convenient, and the room itself is spacious. However, there are several issues that need attention. The main doorknob is broken, as is the doorknob of the toilet. The lower wooden door also appears old and damaged. Additionally, the lavatory underneath the tube is leaking. During our stay, we were hesitant to turn off the lights completely while sleeping because we were concerned there might be cockroaches. The room also has a noticeable woody, musty, and somewhat old smell. We were also disappointed to find that the room we were given was quite different from the pictures shown on Agoda. The photos on the listing do not accurately represent the actual condition and appearance of the room, which created expectations that were not met upon arrival. Overall, the room has good potential because of its spaciousness and convenient location, but the maintenance issues, cleanliness and pest-control concerns, room condition, and accuracy of the listing photos should be addressed to provide a better guest experience.
