Host-excellent (great communication); Restaurants & shops-good selection nearby; Label helps throughout apartment-excellent; Online welcome blog-fabulous!; Bathroom-very nice; Entertainment-very good (bring your streaming passwords with you); Parking-can be a challenge (must move car to a different street every 2 hrs between 9 AM and 6PM weekdays); Noise-certain times of day or evening the family above can be heard, turn up your entertainment; Neighborhood-typically nice for NW DC.

Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean. Very neat. Had to reach out to get entry codes since I hadn't received them by the check in time. A TV in the bedroom would be a great addition.

The apartment was listed as a 2 bedroom, sleeps 5. There is only 1 bed that sleeps 2 people and the rest of your options are a futon, couch and an air mattress. The futon and couch are very uncomfortable and since there were only 3 people in our party I didn’t think it was necessary to use the air mattress. The owners do tell you they live above and you can occasionally hear them from below. They didn’t say that they start moving around at 4:15 AM and we did hear a significant amount of noise and movement during our stay
