A clean full bath, floor fan, and ice machine to keep things comfortable
Outside, enjoy your private patio hideaway, featuring:
A firepit for grilling or making s’mores
Soft lantern lighting and string lights for chill evenings
A shared hammock, outdoor dining space, and giant Jenga for laid-back fun
The space is quiet, respectful, and relaxed—no parties, low noise, and ideal for travelers who want to kick back in peace. I live just upstairs, so if you need anything (local tips, restaurant recs, or a lighter for the firepit), I’m around and happy to help!

Chelsea was very welcoming, kind and responsive. The place was very clean, and was perfect for what we needed to stay in DC. The place was easily accessible to come and go. She even left fresh baklava out for us to have from her family’s recipe. If you need a place that’s comfortable to stay while exploring DC and sight seeing, this is a great spot.

This is a cozy space in a great little neighborhood that has something for everyone. Chelsi was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, and we were welcomed with a pastry hug with her family-made baklava! Our dog Sisu felt right at home in the space as well, and during the warmer months the backyard will be a welcome retreat for future guests.
