The property is at the right location. Beds are comfortable. Just improve your internet connection. Your internet is bit slow and baffling a lot.
Shops and many other restaurants are very close.

Location was close to metro and plenty of space. Very convenient and seemed like a safe area. Most household amenities provided. Host was quick to respond to texts/calls and accommodating. A/C was great and no shortage of hot water for showers.
A few amenities missing that would have helped. Stairs to second floor was ok for us, but may be difficult for some (curving, narrow staircase).

Anfitrião muito cordial, atencioso e acessível. Nos deixou acessar o apartamento antes do horário combinado depois de uma longa viagem, o que nos ajudou muito. Localização do apartamento muito boa para acessar transporte público, supermercados e lojas de conveniência. Apartamento com uma cozinha e lavanderia muito bem equipadas com todos os utensílios necessários.
Não nos sentimos muito seguros ao andar nos arredores mas nada que um pouco de atenção aos arredores não resolva. Penso que poderia ajudar muito se o apartamento ganhasse uma limpeza mais profunda e minuciosa. Os chuveiros não tem muito volume de água e o colchão da cama do quarto principal também está um pouco "cansado".
