Communication with PJ was terrific and the house was exactly what a cabin in the Smokies should be. We loved every minute and wish our stay was longer.

We enjoyed our stay and will most certainly use this place again when we make our way back to the area. Everything was well kept. Communication was extremely quick and responsive.

Hot tub not working properly, set at 95, was 108. Bed in one bedroom broken. Video game not working. Dryer not working. PJ seems like a nice guy, but had to ask for check in code at 4:07. We were really tired after traveling and would have been nice to check in on time or even 15 min early. This is trivial but pictures show baskets full of k- cups but not one kcup. A few would have been nice since far from stores. We always replace what we use. Otherwise cabin itself was nice.
