Everything Exceeded Expectations!
Our stay at Pigeon River View Condos in Pigeon Forge, TN was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every single detail exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.
The river view was truly breathtaking—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect backdrop for mornings with coffee and evenings winding down. The location is unbeatable: close to all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment Pigeon Forge has to offer, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat.
The comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this stay stand out. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining these condos, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and incredible views, look no further. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Pigeon River View Condos to anyone visiting the area!
Just a small heads-up for anyone staying- some basic necessities like trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, and extra toilet paper were only provided sample sizes, so we had to grab those ourselves. It did come out of our own pocket, which wasn’t ideal, but honestly it wasn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme of the trip.
Everything else about our stay was enjoyable, and this didn’t take away from the experience—it’s just something worth knowing ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. 😊

The condo was nicely decorated. View from balcony was great. Spacious bathroom.
Bed was uncomfortable. Back and hips were hurting after sleeping on it. There was a foam mattress topper on the bed but no mattress cover. Had to use additional sheet on the bed to cover the fitted sheet and mattress topper. Shower was very small and frustrating to use. Had to walk thru water when going in and out of the front entry door. Air conditioning unit was draining in front of the door

The location is so quiet. It’s close to Walmart any thing you need is right here.
I liked the comfort of the bed, but the wife didn’t.
