About this apartment rental
No CLEANING FEES! (ONLINE BOOKING). Why spend all your time driving when you can stay in a condo that is so convenient to all the attractions, shopping and shows. UNIT 202 is a two bedroom two bath condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi. The master bedroom has access to the balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a large adjoining bath. This bath is also accessible from the hallway. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The dining area can accommodate six easily. There is a sofa and love seat in the living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. The living room has a fireplace. The bedrooms also have flat screen TVs. Free high speed internet with free WiFi is also available. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It is a large balcony and has four patio chairs and a breakfast table. The balcony over looks the Little Pigeon River just 60 feet away. The entrance to UNIT 202 is approx. 20 ft. from the elevator and approx. 8 ft. from the stairway. The private pool 50 ft. away is for resort guest is heated and has a hot tub. Handicap parking is available as well as regular parking directly in front of the condo building. If you book a reservation I will mail a packet to you that will include maps of the area, discount coupons for restaurants and attractions plus other brochures of interest. Condo is kid friendly but no pets are allowed.

It is within walking distance of several restaurants, Rainforest Adventures Discovery Zoo, Raceway Amusement Park, Old McDonalds Farm Mini Golf and Tanger Outlets. There is also a Walmart Center 1 block away. Dollywood and Splash City are approx. 5 minutes away. I also have a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin in Gatlinburg Tn. It is in the Black Bear Falls Resort just 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Park entrance. VRBO #456616

(3 nights over the 4th of July) We had a lovely stay. Everything was sparkling clean and up to date. The patio facing the river to my delight was very peaceful for being in town. We will definitely plan to stay longer next time. The pool was very clean and inviting even though we didn’t get in. There is an elevator but we were on the 2nd floor and found the open air breezeway stairs safe and ergonomically correct for our ups and downs. It was satisfying to be in town and not spend our time driving back and forth to a cabin. I give it 10/10. 5 stars
