About this apartment rental
No CLEANING FEES! (ONLINE BOOKING). Why spend all your time driving when you can stay in a condo that is so convenient to all the attractions, shopping and shows. UNIT 202 is a two bedroom two bath condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi. The master bedroom has access to the balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a large adjoining bath. This bath is also accessible from the hallway. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The dining area can accommodate six easily. There is a sofa and love seat in the living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. The living room has a fireplace. The bedrooms also have flat screen TVs. Free high speed internet with free WiFi is also available. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It is a large balcony and has four patio chairs and a breakfast table. The balcony over looks the Little Pigeon River just 60 feet away. The entrance to UNIT 202 is approx. 20 ft. from the elevator and approx. 8 ft. from the stairway. The private pool 50 ft. away is for resort guest is heated and has a hot tub. Handicap parking is available as well as regular parking directly in front of the condo building. If you book a reservation I will mail a packet to you that will include maps of the area, discount coupons for restaurants and attractions plus other brochures of interest. Condo is kid friendly but no pets are allowed.

It is within walking distance of several restaurants, Rainforest Adventures Discovery Zoo, Raceway Amusement Park, Old McDonalds Farm Mini Golf and Tanger Outlets. There is also a Walmart Center 1 block away. Dollywood and Splash City are approx. 5 minutes away. I also have a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin in Gatlinburg Tn. It is in the Black Bear Falls Resort just 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain Park entrance. VRBO #456616

The condo was extremely clean!!! 10/10Host was very responsive with any questions I had and even sent us information for local attractions! The condo is very ROOMY and the pictures do not serve its justice. If the pool is important to you or your family, please call ahead of time to see if the pool is open. The pool was closed at the time of our stay, but is very conveniently located towards the condo. We will be booking this stay again in the future!

Second time we have stayed there in the last 5 months. We love it there. The condo is so nice, the building is quiet, its easily accessible getting in and out. Will definitely stay there in the future as well.

My granddaughter and I stayed for 3 nights and have rented from this owner before (another unit). They have been great. Unit was clean and as described. No issues at all. We enjoy this area of Sevierville, not overly congested and easy access to Dollywood and other venues.
