About this apartment rental

Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our newly decorated balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood.
Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with tempurpedic mattresses and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with tempurpedic mattresses with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. As you can see from the reviews, it's kept extremely clean. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! We stayed there as my son was playing in the Ripken Baseball Experience. The location to the fields was great. A seven minute drive if that with NO traffic. We were gone a lot due to games but in down time the pool was a great way to relax and cool off. The only 2 issues were the TV in the master bedroom was a little difficult to figure out working but my husband is very tech savvy and got it. The other issue was the pull out couch - the mattress was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. This was not an issue for us as we just throw a sheet over it and my son who is 13 slept just fine. He can sleep pretty much anywhere. If we return next year I would definitely book again but would do the 3 bedroom to have that extra bed.

We loved having two full bathrooms and the proximity to everything was amazing. Very centrally located to all attractions and restaurants. This was also one of the most quiet stays we have ever had anywhere. The kitchen truly is fully stocked. The only thing I found lacking was a microwave splatter guard. Ha!The whole facility and the condo itself could use a little attention to detail as far as dust and cobwebs. But we had a great stay.

Over all an excellent property. The only thing disappointing was there was no coffee or k cups at the property and there was a limited amount of toilet paper, so we had to go to the store the first night were there.

Overall the condo was excellent in reference to location and cleanliness. We have stayed in various units with this complex and they are all very similar in nature. Love the location and easy access to everything without being in the hustle bustle of the crowds.

This was our second visit in this condo. Previously there were a few minor maintenance needs that were all dealt with on this trip. Furniture is all very comfortable, everything clean, and the location is perfect! Only thing I would do is add blackout curtains in bedrooms. We used a blanket in smaller bedroom, but didnt need it in the master. All in all, an excellent stay!

We have stayed in these condos many times. They are in a safe location, and close to everything. Julie is a wonderful host. We have stayed in her condos twice. The condo was decorated for Christmas, and we even had the most beautiful tree. Loved everything about our stay.

We spent time in Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains and this was a great location to go between the two. The place was really clean and had the necessary kitchen equipment. The host was great at communicating. I would suggest this rental to others and I would stay here again.

There were 2 couples on this trip to Pigeon Forge and we could not have picked a better place. This condo is right on the Sevierville / Pigeon Forge line and convenient to everything! We even walked to the Tanger Outlet mall and Walmart is closer (although across busy US441). The condo easily accompanied us and was clean and had everything you would need. This property is in a quiet area, but new construction going up right next to them. We weren't bothered by any noise. Stayed in the area to attend a convention, so were not in the condo a lot. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit, so had rain for 3 days, but no flooding where we were. The biggest thing we had to deal with was figuring out the TV's. We were not familiar with ROKU, so took a bit to find the channels we were used to watching. Kitchen was well stocked, including a single serving Keurig coffee machine. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

The condo was perfect for our family. We wanted to be near the action in case my youngest son needed help. This place was far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with all the traffic to go eat and shop. First floor was extremely convenient. Enjoyed watching the ducks from the back porch. And the beds were divine! This place had everything we needed and more! I hope to make this our place to stay every time we come to PF. You will not be disappointed!
