About this apartment rental
Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our newly decorated balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood.
Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with tempurpedic mattresses and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with tempurpedic mattresses with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. As you can see from the reviews, it's kept extremely clean. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here.

We were in Sevierville to visit family and this location was very convenient. It is close to Walmart as well as many restaurants and shopping areas. I liked that is a corner unit and you have a view of the water from the balcony. It is a smaller building and that was nice. It has a nice pool and we were able to have the grandkids over to swim while we were there. Their bathing suits and beach towels were accidently left in the dryer but the owner graciously worked with us and their mom was allowed to pick them up after we checked out. There are only a couple of items I noted that are slightly negative. The dining room chairs need to be replaced or reupholstered as they are showing their age and are uncomfortable to sit on, The only other thing is the lighting in the bathroom off the living area is kind of dark. It seems like there should be a stronger light by the tub toilet area than just the exhaust fan/light.

We loved the view of the river. Also the fact that it was quiet without a lot of hustle and activities going on. Even the pool area was quiet and enjoyable. Looking forward to staying again.

Overall the condo was clean enough and looked like the pictures on the website. Host did respond to the emails and check in was fine. Didn’t use kitchen except for coffee pot. It worked. Really underwhelmed by other things that should be done better. Beds were fine. Pillows were impossible. Like laying head on a thick brick or rock to sleep. We all got up the first morning complaining about neck pain. The bath towels were a weird experience. First the towels were black. I get the makeup thing being a problem so keep them for that. The bath towels were a thin microfiber and left black lint everywhere on skin. I felt like I was using a rag from the car wash to dry off with. Hand towels were just as bad. Better to go to Walmart and buy a cheap towel and use the black towels for cleaning. Just gross. The dinning chairs were something else. Very uncomfortable! We like to play cards and had to put blankets or a pillow on seat to keep but from sinking through the middle. Really uncomfortable and fabric was dirty too. Seats need to be redone desperately. All cosmetic complaints but it’s the little things that make a stay more special. That’s why I gave the 3 star rating. Condo was okay. Thats all, just okay. I forgot to mention poison ivy growing on balcony…..
