We stayed in one of your cabins were a bit dismayed, or quite dismayed in regards to the fact that there was no utensils whatsoever to eat with or cook with. We arrive late at night and had to go to a store just get forks, spoons, plates, and cups etc. for him.

The cabin/house didn’t meet my expectations at all so we did not stay

There was very little that I liked as I didn’t receive the cabin/house that I expected I did not stay

Small private cabin

Clean, quite, pet friendly, accessible to shopping and food. Dog park, pool, arcade.

If you want to entertain, it would be too small. If you want privacy and not a hotel room, it's a great place.

Was so disappointed and uncomfortable we left a day early

The ONLY exceptional thing at this place was the pool area

Everything was disappointing. No pillows or covers had to buy our own, remote didn’t work, huge gap under door, display didn’t work on microwave, condensation was on everything, door code didn’t function properly, no soap in men’s restroom for days, bandaid laying on women’s restroom for days. Told staff no one cared

I paid, but I did not stay due to I wasn’t aware the cabin did not have a restroom inside. My mother is 75 years old and gets up throughout the night to go to the restroom. She walks with a cane and I was fearful that she may fall. Otherwise we would have stayed. It did look like it was a nice place for a weekend getaway. It would be nice if I could receive a refund for at least two of the three days. So unfortunately, I cannot really rate this property due to I did not stay there. Also didn’t like the fact that you had to bring your own linens, meaning sheets, blankets, pillows, etc..

Nice campground, horrible cabin.

The campground is nice and the bathrooms/bathhouse was exceptionally clean. Negative is there is no air conditioning in the bathhouse. I thought I was booking a Deluxe Cabin but unknowingly booked a Small Cabin. No running water and no bathroom. Mattress covers were dirty and torn. Mattress was horrible...worn out and sunk down. Price is way too high for this. The campground and bathrooms are nice. Just avoid a Small Cabin.

I only have one issue and that was that there wasn’t a fan or a/c in the second bedroom with the bunk bed. It was very hot in there at night as I was very happy I brought portable stroller fans for my kids to blow on them at night

The listing is advertised incorrectly or with “fine print” they don’t call you to clarify until the day of check in then want to charge you the same amount to upgrade to a TRUE one bedroom. Just in it for the money. Hopefully they fix the issue and try to do better and be more clear about what you’re booking. Full time RVers aren’t the friendliest here either. Visited and been a part of several sun outdoors communities and this is my least favorite by far!

They don't provide minimum necessary items like linen, pillows for the stay. For that price we should get get better facilities. It's more like RV park but not good in cabin services. We regretted to choose this over other cabins with large space + hot water tub etc or good hotel for the same price.

Awesome place for kids, price well, great weekend get away and pet friendly.

Location, lazy river and stuff was amazing. Public shower and bathroom was good.

You have to bring your own sheets and pillows for the cabins, The beds in the cabins was not very comfortable. But I talk to the front desk and they told me they told booking.com is showing blankets and they don’t know why and a bathroom in the cabins when it’s a public shower and bathroom you have to walk to from your cabin, which is not the end of the world but should be put on here booking. It’s not sun outdoors fault.
