First let me say the Manager is awesome! He answered any questions we had and tried to help us find another location when our trip got unexpectedly extended. The view is breathtaking and the cozy, clean cabin was wonderful.

The rental was a nice looking house on the outside but felt like a cabin on the inside. It is a split house with two rental properties, one on top and one on bottom. We had the top of the house and another family was renting the bottom half. We never heard any noise from the other family or saw them much during our stay. Location wasn't far from Pigeon Forge (15ish mins) and Gatlinburg (20ish mins) which I perfer to stay a little outiside of the destination spot. Overall the place provided a comfortable place to stay, plently of room and ample parking. I would recommend and stay again on our next visit.

The cabin was more than spacious enough-the pictures do not do it justice! Property was clean and close by to all the attractions we wanted to take our children to. The yard is not flat at all, but the kids still managed to play and enjoy the much needed sunshine. Despite being close by to the highway we had plenty of privacy. Lisa was easy to reach and answered any questions and requests we had in a timely and friendly manner. She made it easy to add another night to our stay - we just weren't ready to go home! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was clean. It had a well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Hot tub was nice at the end of a long day. It was enjoyable to watch the birds and squirrels running around the yard. The carport was appreciated on the days it rained. We would stay again!

Cozy cabin very central to all things in Sevierville. Sits right off of a main highway but hidden away by a very nice tree line. Clean, comfortable and easy access to anywhere! Will definitely stay again!

We had the worst experience! We pulled up to the place and it looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures were taken so close it is actually right off the road and it might be on 5 acres but what you see is nothing. The description when we made reservations didn’t say duplex so there were other people there when we pulled up. I called them and they would only answer the phone once after that myself and Vrbo could almost never get ahold of them. We had to stay in a hotel and find another cabin the next morning. I called Vrbo and they agreed with me on the pictures I had submitted to them but the host told me they would refund me. Then Vrbo called the host to approve the refund and they told them I stayed there for five nights and would only refund the remaining and then decided they wouldn’t refund me anything so they were 4k richer while myself my husband and our two service dogs had to stay in a hotel and for a week go back and fourth while they lied to us and then never refunded us for a place we didn’t stay at. Very horrible selfish hosts do not stay.

This property is very well stocked. I don't know if they were truly sleep number mattresses or not but we couldnt find any controls for them if they were. It is located in a very convenient location in Sevierville but it is near a busy road and you can hear the traffic a lot. Property managers were prompt in responding to messages. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The kids loved the driveway and having bikes to be able to ride. The hot tub got enjoyed by the kids for sure. All in all it was very enjoyable and we really enjoyed the stay. Perfect location. Able to get pigeon forge in just a few minutes Gatlinburg with 15 minutes.

We were looking for a budget friendly rental near Dollywood and this was a good fit for the price. It was great that there were two bathrooms and the owners left a thoughtful note and snacks for us. The downside was the very musty smell of the house, along with being able to hear the downstairs neighbors through the walls. The second bedroom is too small for a king sized bed and it was difficult to move around and have space for our luggage in there. There were no trash can under the carport like the instructions indicated.

We did not have a pleasant stay,the downstairs rental had 5 to 6 kids that were all over the place screaming,banging on doors,pounding on the walls up until 1-1:30 am both nights we were their.they were all over our property throwing their bellongings like clothes, bikes, water guns,shooting at windows&side of the house with dart guns & the house has a rodent problem,mice chewed &spare blanket in the dresser for nesting & tons of droppings!Which means wasn't inspected&cleaned in a while!one tv in the big front bedroom had no remote control!I did Not talk to any manager,we just left early!

This was a great place to rent. The owners went out of their way to allow us to take the property early after a long drive. It was incredible to get a nap before heading out to site see. This place has plenty of room and things for the whole family. The owners were very welcoming and we enjoyed the stay. If you're looking for Convenience to the "Strip" this fits the bill. If you were looking for solitude in the mountains, this is not it. Pros: Convenient to the attractions. (Short Drive) Amenities of the house* Cons: Location Creative Photography Missing Keurig machine and Broken Carafe on Mr. Coffee, No Iron as Advertised, Hot Tub Broken. Ice Maker Chute BLACK MOLD. After a 12-hr. drive we were looking forward to a soak in the hot tub. Disappointed to find the Temp at 85 and jets not working. tried to turn up the heat and try again in the morning, didn't work. Went to make coffee and found the Keurig was missing and the Carafe for Mr. Coffee was broken, Clean but the pcs were placed in carafe. Texted Host about both issues and was answered she was in California. Her greeting card said to contact her with any issues. Fortunately there was another Phone # for her Maintenance man and he was local. He got us a Keurig Combo and had the Hot tub fixed right away. So , the hostess would like a 5 Star rating. I can only give a 4 Star. TO be fair The house fit the bill for our trip, Did we want a mountain side experience? yes, but the house itself was comfortable, the beds were also comfortable. As it turned out the house is on a highway so road noise was prevalent and overlooks an animal hospital parking lot. ( Creative Photography) I failed to pay attention to details, I thought our checkout time was the 26th but in fact the 25th, We went hiking in the mountains and returned to Cell service to messages from Lisa wondering if we were ok. She called the authorities to find us. Luckily for us there was another day of availability and we didn't have to find another place for the night. WHEW!!!! All in all our trip was overall positive, My Daughter got hitched (reason for trip) my fiancé and I got to see and do many things in the Mountains. My advice for future trips, Pay closer attention to previous reviews,

Only 2 downsides were our dogs discovering the mouse bait stations hidden in house and trying to eat them which led to an impromptu vet visit (which was right at bottom of hill luckily) and the listing not advising you may have guests downstairs (it’s a separate rental).

I know I am technically challenged, but watching the TV was not a simple process.
