-We welcome one small, well-behaved dog under 30 lbs (sorry, no puppies!) for a $100 pet fee — be sure to select the pet option when booking.
-No smoking anywhere on the property.
-Please note: No checkin/outs allowed on July 4th, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

It is a beautiful cabin! We were near town, but it felt like we were off in the mountains. It was so peaceful. We would stay here again!

We recently stayed here on a trip to check off a bucket list item for my niece to see Dollywood! Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the relatively private setting and the quiet atmosphere. The cabin was nicely stocked and was very clean. It was roughly 15-20 minutes away from the main strip of road with the activities we planned to see so it was very convenient. It was all on one level except for entry into the house, which was very nice. It was a nice size and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch and its swing. The only noise was from older airplanes that flew over but that was not bothersome at all. I enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the birds every morning and evening. The only negative was there was a problem with the hot tub. Aside from that I would have given 5 stars! The owner had emailed me to advise that they had to drain the hot tub to clean it and had it back up and running but the chlorine levels were a little too high. We got in every night but it did bleach the color out of my bathing suit. The owner was very diligent in checking on this throughout our visit so props to them! I just wish I could have enjoyed the hot tub more. I will definitely return to this cabin in the future and highly recommend it to my friends!

This property is AMAZING!!! Karen is also an AMAZING host!! We enjoyed our stay. We didn't even have time to take advantage of the pool with the beautiful view. We will definitely try to book this beautiful home again on our next visit. Also we bought our motorcycles on trailers. The driveway fit 2 full size pickups with an enclosed motorcycle trailer and 20 ft car trailer.

I understand that you have to have rules in the rentals but if you don’t like to under the watch of the host/owner this is not the place. They live right across the street. One of the rules had me laughing. No candles allowed because it will set off the smoke alarm. I was scared to cook anything that if I cooked it too much it would go off. The hot tub had to many chemicals in it that when you took off the lid that it made you cough. Even leaving it off for 30 mins it was the same thing. So it could not be used. The jets for both tubes were nasty so you couldn’t even use that after hiking all day. Don’t think you will be able to get the weather because you have no local tv to see if you can plan anything outside. They only have 2 streaming apps you can use. I have rented many of cabins and I know this one I will never rent again. It maybe good for some to rent but I like a little more of home and not primitive life style. Oh and when we were checking in we were told that the host would bring a fire extinguisher that was up to date sometime but had a backup for now. When we open the cabinet they had 2. One hiding in the back that was brand new. Not sure if it was so that the host could check up on us. Not a good feeling at all.
