A perfect holiday home in a beautiful area. The house is great, very well equipped and the terrace and pool make it a property you don’t want to leave. Charlotte and Max were generous hosts, welcome gifts on arrival were very much appreciated. The village of Caux has a couple of small restaurants but plenty more to choose from in beautiful Pezenas where the weekly market is worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!

We had the most fantastic couple of weeks at this beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with thoughtful touches like welcome treats waiting for us. The pool and garden provided very welcome relief in the hot weather. Charlotte and Maxime were excellent hosts — warm, welcoming and always available if we needed anything, while giving us complete privacy to enjoy our stay. Their recommendations (including their bakery!) were spot on, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.The location is ideal for exploring the region. We enjoyed trips to Carcassonne, Béziers, and the local feria, as well as simply wandering around Caux and soaking up the local atmosphere.This villa made our holiday truly special, and we’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the south of France.
