Villa completely renovated, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with double beds including 1 king size, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub, and toilet, laundry room, equipped kitchen living room 60m2. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, video room + 4 single beds, workshop.
Outside, swimming pool, shower, garden, hammock, dining area with fully equipped summer kitchen (pizza oven, gas and charcoal barbecue, microwave, sink, hob, fridge)
Poolhouse: 1 bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Pets not allowed.
Expect end-of-stay cleaning costs approx. 150€.
Plan for swimming pool fees if you don't know how to maintain the pool. about 30€/week.
