About this villa rental
Beautiful house very bright, with large pool and beautiful walled garden, surrounded by a large terrace where farnienter, built around a very nice patio to eat or read ... The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles (with new bedding) and one for 3 children; 1 large office; 2 bathrooms; a large living room of over 70 m2, with dining-room, living room and kitchen, centered on the patio The pool, 12m by 5, is secured by barriers.
The house, very bright with its central patio and terrace-pontoon, is composed of:
-a large living-dining room, with a beautiful corner sofa, a large television, DVD and video library (many children's movies and all public, action movies, authors, adventures .. .)
-a warm American kitchen, all comfort (new appliances)
-a central patio where you can have your breakfast in the cool, or read on a lounge chair
- 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms with a double bed (new bedding), a children's room that can accommodate 3 single beds, with many books, games and toys
-of an office
- 2 bathrooms (2 large walk-in showers and a bathtub), 2 toilets including a separate
-a large terrace with garden furniture
The wifi connection is obviously offered free of charge.
The vast garden, which surrounds the house, totally enclosed, will offer you great tranquility; the big vegetable hut will make the happiness of the children at any time of the day. The large swimming pool (12 X 5), sunny all day long, is completely secure and will allow you to enjoy your holiday with peace of mind, with its fixed barriers on 3 sides and easily removable on the 4th.
You can easily park 3 cars at the end of the driveway, next to the big house, in a garden corner.
We will also put at your disposal all the equipment for baby: 2 cots, a high chair, a bath, some crockery, a small swimming pool.
We will provide you the linen of the house (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths) and leave basic products (oil, vinegar, flour, condiments ...; products for washing machine and dishwasher ...; shampoo and shower gel) so that you can travel without loading too much.
