in our lovingly furnished vacation apartment, located on the second floor of an apartment building on the outskirts of Schalkenbach! Situated between Koblenz, the Nürburgring, and Cologne/Bonn, it’s ideally located for day trips!
The apartment features a 2x2 m bed in the bedroom, and there’s also a 1.40 m bed in the living room (not a separate, enclosed room). The dining room, with a table and six chairs, features large windows offering a view of the greenery—the perfect way to start your day. You can relax on the couch, watch TV, or plan your excursions. The balcony, with a view over Schalkenbach, will make your stay even more enjoyable! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, a Senseo coffee maker, and a Tassimo coffee machine. Please note: there is no dishwasher! Dogs are welcome, but please keep in mind that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and does not have a yard! For shopping, there’s a bakery and a TanteM store in the neighboring town. In Sinzig or Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, you’ll find all kinds of shopping options; both are about a 15-minute drive from us. Please follow the house rules and treat the apartment as if it were your own home; we’ve furnished it with a lot of love, and we want many more guests to be able to enjoy it 😉

Check in was very easy, and Durk one of the hosts communicated very well. The kitchen facilities were fantastic with an oven, fridge freezer and kettle. Everything was so clean. Parking spaces easy to find and the WiFi was excellent. Nadine was always very helpful and communicated well. 100% recommend to anyone and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Schalkenbach. The apartment was cozy, warm, and inviting. The hosts were very nice and accommodating, and quick to reply to any questions. The village is very small and a great place to relax, but also has easy access to many places in the area to see the local sights. The plants in the home are beautiful, a very nice touch, and made for a very homey feel.

The room was great, enough space, great bathroom, livingroom with all you need.
Only when you are not good in walking , you have 3 stairs to walk.
