The stunning open-plan living space features sofas, a large flat screen TV, and views out to the beautiful private pool deck with pool.
This stunning home boasts 6 bedrooms. 2 twin-size beds, 2 full-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, and 2 king-size beds (and a large playpen if needed).
This property has air conditioning throughout, an eco system saltwater water softener system, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. At the front of the property is a driveway for 2 cars and extra street parking in front of the house.
The stunning Champions Gate Resort in Kissimmee, Orlando, features amazing resort facilities, including a beautiful communal pool, lazy river, poolside cafe, a gym, tennis court, volleyball and recreation areas.
Guest access
The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Additional parking is available on the street. There is also a shuttle in the neighborhood that can take you to the waterpark, arcade and restaurant on-site.
You are free to use the ENTIRE HOME, except for the 2 owner's closets and garage which have electric keypad locks.

LOCAL AND STATE RULES GUESTS ACCEPT WHEN BOOKING THIS HOME:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 and if the facilities are open, their use will have limits in place and occupancy rules.
To heat the pool, there is an additional charge of $30 per day (for a minimum of 4 days).

Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed in this home. We are sharing our family home with you. Please respect it. Violation of our "no party" rule will result in immediate eviction. There are cameras on the front and side of the home to enforce this policy. Violations are immediately turned over to the local sheriff and VRBO.Quiet hours in this resort are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
No Pets allowed
Smoking is NOT allowed inside home or on the back patio. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front.

The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be given a code via email that will work for the duration of your stay.

We stayed at this home during Hurricane Milton. Although the circumstances were not great that we were under we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. The house was clean and had a great floor plan. The host was amazing with communication and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. It is a really short walk to the Clubhouse and all the amenities. Overall this is a great pick for families to enjoy time together!

We were there as 4 families for a camp nearby. The location was good, overall the house was clean and in decent shape. We stay in a lot of VRBO/other rentals when we travel in large groups for various trips & this was probably the most bare boned home I have ever stayed in. Not many towels, no pool towels for a pool home, not many coffee mugs or cups. Only 1 dishwasher pod - there should be at least 1 per day of your stay. Once we were told how to work the dryer, we basically had to get into a boxing match with it & bang on it just right to get it to work. One of the showers stopped working on the 2nd day - they did try to fix it, but was unsuccessful, so we were down a bathroom with 4 teenage boys and 6 adults all having to be ready at the same time to get to scheduled events. Be aware or be sure to ask prior to booking, if it's not in the description, about the thermostat permissions. The first night was so hot in the rooms and hard to sleep, but the thermostat is locked at 70 degrees. I text the host the next morning and was told this was not something they were willing to change because it is set like that to protect the life of the hvac units. I have NEVER not been able to adjust a thermostat in any of the rentals we have stayed in. I told her I would not have booked if that was mentioned in the description - there were a few homes listed when I was looking to book that mentioned the thermostat being locked at 70, which is ridiculous. She agreed to change the temp range.
