The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on your credit card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. The management company has to right to cancel your booking at any time should they not receive the security deposit authorization. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.
-Once booked, you must send the property management company all guest names who are staying at the property age 18+, so they can be added to the community gate for access into the community.
We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay, although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (5) dishwashing pods, (5) laundry pods, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (1) cleaning spray, (5) trash bags, hand soap, dawn dish soap, coffee/creamer/sugar, vegetable oil/salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.

A huge beautiful home. Plenty of space for all the family. Comfortable beds, easy to read instructions on all the amenities.

The house was lovely, lots of room and plenty for everyone to do. We had 12 people stay for the week with extra family members visit and there was room for everyone. The pool was fantastic, we had to drag the kids out of it every evening! The beds were so comfortable and we felt that everything was very clean. We opted to use the grill while there and the owners set up a brand new grill before we got there so that was a wonderful surprise.
We came across two small issues that were completely unforeseen by both the owner and ourselves but he responded to and fixed both issues immediately while we enjoyed a day out at disney.
Definitely would stay again!!
