Ideally Located

Madrid's Arganzuela district is located in the southeastern part of the city. It takes its name from the beautiful Jardín de la Arganzuela, and the district is also home to the lovely Parque de la Feria. This area is great for shopping, with a mix of boutiques and retail chains. The dining scene is eclectic, with everything from tapas bars to international fusion cuisine on offer. Other highlights include the Puente de Toledo, a lovely bridge on the Manzanares River, and the Matadero Madrid, a well-known cultural center.
Set in the southern part of the city, Imperial is known for its 19th-century architecture and wide, tree-lined streets. The neighborhood is home to several cultural and historical landmarks, including the Mercado de San Antón, Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid, and the Templo de Debod.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of €2220 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
