About this apartment rental
Welcome to our Apartment in front of wonderfull Madrid Rio Park, and next to Piramides train and Metro stations.
Apartment close enough to the City Centre but in a quiet neighborhood, secluded from the hustle and noise of the Centre: Ideal for your family holiday in Madrid.
Excellent public transportation:
- Piramides Train and Metro station. With direct train line to Madrid Airport, Terminal 4.
- Several bus lines.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms,
- One with a double bed and two additional cradles free of charge.
-Two bedrooms with two individual bed each one
-A bedroom with a bed.
The House is fully equipped with bed linen, comforters, towels etc.
Two bathrooms (one with bathtub and another with shower).
Kitchen fully equipped with Refrigerator, Washing machine, Oven, Microwave, Coffe maker
Living room room with a sofa and a table large enough to enjoy your meals with your family/friends.
We have an optional parking space for 10€/day
I live in the same building where the apartment is located, so I'm available for any need you may have during your stay at our place. And, in any case, you can always contact me by phone or email.
In case of need it is also possible to deposit the luggage before checkin time or leave it after checkout.

In front of the Madrid Rio Park, in ‘Puente de Toledo’ and Piramides area. A wonderful place for walking, jogging, bicycling... just to enjoy Madrid newest Park that follows the course of the Manzanares River running from Casa de Campo to the Caja Mágica in Madrid.

25 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor.

The apartment is in a great location that is very close to a grocery store and also an impressive park. Also, the apartment is very close to bus and subway transportation that takes you right into the center city or to places such as the Prado. Antonio (the owner) was very responsive to emails before our arrival and communicated with us throughout our stay. He takes good care of his property. I recommend this place for families and others.

I cannot say enough good things about our host Antonio and his wife Pilar. They made us feel like guests in their home. Antonio even checked on us almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The location of the spacious and comfortable apartment was perfect for us. We like to walk so we did so almost daily. However the Piramides metro is just around the corner, you dont even have to cross the street. Many buses stop close by, and if you wanted to walk to the train station/the Prado/Reina Sofia, they are all about a 25 minute walk. Added bonuses were an expansive, lovely park directly across the street, a modern, immaculate super mercato almost next door, and a bar/cafe and several good restaurants in the area. One more comment about Antonio. Many accommodations advertise that they speak English, but their fluency is limited. Antonio speaks very good English and he offers much knowledge about Madrid and Spanish history. He makes many recommendations for what to do and see in the area. We feel that we were very lucky to book this accommodation and heartily recommend it.
